Job summary

Maersk Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor to oversee movements along the supply chain, coordinate order planning and shipment execution across multiple transport modes, and ensure on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management or Industrial Engineering, with 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics or freight forwarding, and proficient MS Word/Excel and WMS systems; strong interpersonal skills and a fast learning mindset

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management or Industrial Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant warehouse/logistics/freight forwarding experience.
Experience in order customer service, shipping process and documentation.
Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills; familiarity with WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise all movements along the supply chain.
Monitor day to day order and handle shipment planning via different mode of transportation for Key Customer
Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters.
Coordinate warehouse and shipping related matters with IT, Customs Brokerage, Transport and Freight.
Understand and apply shipping documents and warehousing system linkage.
Ensure KPIs are met and investigate operations issues, discrepancies and damages.
Supervise export shipments/local orders and ensure on-time documentation delivery.
