Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Administration/Management, Logistics or related field.
• 1 year of relevant logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS/Exceed systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with customers and operations on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities.
• Coordinate with operations to provide information/feedback on operational issues and resolve disputes with customers.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendors on any discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse supplies usage and raise purchase orders for replenishment.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment across customer, operations and transporter.
• Ensure accurate and timely system transactions updates.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Support adjustments during application and hiring process as needed.
