Job summary

Maersk Singapore is seeking an experienced logistics professional to supervise end-to-end warehouse and shipping operations, liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will coordinate transport and documentation, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

The role requires a degree in logistics or a related field and 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience; proficiency in MS Word/Excel and a WMS

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management and/or Industrial Engineering.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics/freight forwarding.
Experience in order customer service, shipping process and documentation.
Willing and fast learner with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to think quickly and perform problem solving tasks with changing conditions.
Service oriented and a team player.
Competent in MS Word, MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table) and WMS system.

Responsibilities

Supervise all movements along the supply chain.
Monitor day-to-day order and handle shipment planning via different modes of transportation for key customers.
Liaise with customers via email and telephone for documentation and administration matters.
Coordinate warehouse and shipping matters with IT, Customs Brokerage, Transport and Freight.
