Job summary

Maersk is seeking a logistics professional to oversee movements along the supply chain, plan shipments across multiple transport modes, and liaise with customers for documentation and administration. The role requires handling warehousing interactions and ensuring KPI targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a degree in logistics or related field and 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with strong MS Excel and WMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management and/or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant warehouse/logistics/freight forwarding experience.
• Experience in order customer service, shipping process and documentation.
• Willing and fast learner with good interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all movements along the supply chain.
• Monitor day to day order and handle shipment planning via different modes of transportation for Key Customer.
• Liaise with customers via email & phone for all documentation and administration matters.
• Communicate and coordinate warehouse and shipping related matters with IT, Customs Brokerage, Transport and Freight.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all activities.
