Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to manage all operations-related administrative tasks, aligned with company policies, ensuring smooth workflows.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, and support procurement, inventory, and audit-ready filing. The role requires at least a Diploma and 2 years in logistics or procurement, with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or procurement.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping procedures, and documentation is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience within the construction industry will be highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations-related administrative tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and logistics schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.
• Handle procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, purchase order processing, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock control activities, and prepare inventory reconciliation reports.
• Maintain organized filing systems and records to support audit requirements and traceability.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
