Quess Selection & Services, Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate end-to-end shipment operations and provide exceptional customer service across customers, carriers, suppliers, and partners.

You will manage orders, bookings, monitor shipments, and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field and at least 1 year of logistics experience, with strong communication and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, 3PL, or supply chain operations preferred
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, esp Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organised, dependable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable supporting critical shipments outside business hours when required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Manage customer orders and transportation bookings while ensuring compliance with routing requirements and service commitments.
• Coordinate shipment execution and proactively monitor transportation activities from origin to destination.
• Ensure smooth operational flow and timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Deliver prompt and professional support to customers regarding shipment enquiries and operational requests.
• Manage supply chain disruptions, shipment exceptions, and urgent operational issues efficiently.
• Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders and drive timely resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and service excellence.
• Monitor shipment milestones and ensure accurate tracking updates are maintained across the supply chain.
• Follow up with carriers and suppliers on missing shipment events and data discrepancies.
• Ensure customers receive timely status updates and complete shipment visibility.
• Support preparation of operational reports, customer reviews, and business performance presentations.
• Analyse logistics KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Support the onboarding of new logistics partners and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance requirements, and operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
