Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or related field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS is expected.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multi-task capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to liaise across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage logistics documentation including shipping documents, bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and operations teams to ensure timely processing of shipments.
• Update and monitor inventory records and databases to reflect stock levels and movement.
• Process purchase orders, delivery notes and other admin documents with accuracy.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and couriers to track shipments and resolve logistics queries.
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities, shipping performance and logistics metrics.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries and ensuring compliance with timelines.
• Support the logistics team with data entry and general admin duties.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is easily retrievable.
