Qualifications

• Qualification in SCM/Logistics/Warehousing or related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• Experience in spare parts, engineering or service-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities from inbound receipt to outbound delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of requirements.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movements and replenishment activities.
• Coordinate with transport providers to ensure cost-effective delivery and on-time shipments.
• Perform warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Process orders accurately and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory transactions and related documents.
