Overview

My client is a growing small-sized MNC in the logistics, storage, and distribution sector of time-critical products.

They are currently on the lookout to hire for an experienced regional (SEA/ANZ) people leader with exposure in P&L management, logistics/freight forwarding operations, and equipped with strong communication and influential skills.

• Full-time, permanent role
• People Management (local + remote)
• Only open to candidates currently based in Singapore

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business Management/Supply Chain or relevant field
• 12+ years of experience in Operations (KPI management, strategic planning, contract management, continuous improvement) within the logistics/warehouse/distribution function for time-critical products
• 5+ years of regional people management experience (remote team management)
• Ability for regional travelling ~30%
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build synergies/engagement with senior stakeholders (internal & external)

Remuneration

• 12,000 to 15,000 SGD per month + Performance Bonus

Negotiable depending on experience and suitability
