ZEALOUS MOVERS & STORAGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, plan schedules, and collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient supply chain performance.

The role requires experience with ERP systems, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliveries under pressure while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems to support logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to manage data and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to address operational challenges.
• Effective coordination and communication skills to liaise with suppliers, customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods
• Plan delivery schedules and vehicle movements to optimize route efficiency and resource utilization
• Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams, and customers to facilitate smooth logistics operations
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and logistics documents accurately for shipment processing
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery delays to maintain service levels
• Track inventory and stock movements to support accurate warehouse management
• Manage warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to maintain operational flow
• Arrange manpower, vehicles, and loading/unloading resources to meet delivery demands
• Update logistics records and prepare daily and weekly reports to track performance metrics
• Monitor transportation costs and optimize delivery routes to reduce expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures to maintain operational standards
