• Ability to organize tasks, solve problems effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and monitor delivery status to ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Prepare accurate shipping documents including shipping papers, invoices, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport drivers to identify and resolve delivery delays.
• Monitor warehouse stock levels and record inventory data using software systems.
• Coordinate transport arrangements and organize staff rosters to support operational efficiency.
