Job summary

You will ensure on-time deliveries by communicating with customers, warehouses and service providers, and you will perform daily 5S activities to maintain a clean, efficient workplace under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and customer service.
• Proficient in coordinating shipments and documents.
• Strong communication via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and logistics partners to arrange shipments.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and related docs.
• Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and service providers.
• Schedule deliveries and transportation to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment with daily 5S activities.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
