Job summary

KEIZEN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring smooth parcel handling, timely deliveries and effective issue resolution across the delivery network.

You will coordinate with drivers, monitor performance, respond to client inquiries, and enforce SOPs. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations.
• Proficient communication and customer service skills to coordinate with clients, drivers, and warehouse staff.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with delivery/logistics systems is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure shipments are received, sorted, and dispatched efficiently
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure deliveries are completed smoothly and on schedule
• Monitor outstanding, failed, and urgent deliveries and follow up until resolution
• Communicate clearly with clients and customers regarding delivery status, enquiries, and operational issues
• Handle and resolve delivery complaints, missing shipments, and other service-related matters promptly
• Ensure warehouse staff and drivers adhere to company SOPs and operational procedures
• Monitor daily delivery performance and report significant issues to management
• Identify operational problems and take initiative to resolve them quickly and effectively
• Use basic computer skills to support delivery and logistics system operations
