Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Singapore seeks a Control Tower Operations specialist to manage daily logistics activities across suppliers, carriers and customers. You will oversee bookings, milestone events, and performance tracking to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, 3PL, Transportation or Supply Chain Management, or comparable experience.
• Diploma in business administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in Freight forwarding logistics and International Supply Chain Management.
• Strong computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Day to day Operations: act as first point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers and other stakeholders; handle orders including documentation and transport booking; monitor transport execution.
• Request and Incident Management: handle customer requests and supply chain incidents; timely escalation to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Visibility and Event Management: ensure tracking updates are provided on time; follow up on missing events and data inconsistencies.
• Support reporting and performance measurement: assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly reviews; analyze standard KPIs; assist onboarding of new suppliers.
• Process Governance: comply with SOPs and work instructions; support changes to processes or policies.
