Job summary

CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore PTE. LTD. invites applications for a role supporting day-to-day CEVA Ground operations.

You will monitor delivery timing, schedule routes, coordinate drivers and deliveries to meet KPIs. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of logistics experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience in ground freight forwarding is preferred, and you should be a team player ready to work with customers and vendors in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• GCE O’ Levels or above with logistics/ground freight experience.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics/ground freight experience.
• Experience in freight forwarding (ground/rail) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery timing and KPI targets, tracking schedules.
• Be contactable outside shifts and cover shifts when needed.
• Maintain high customer service standards and professional communication with customers and vendors.
• Assist drivers, move cages and pallets to loading areas and ensure tasks are completed.
• Ensure smooth operations on the Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.
• Maintain proper handover during shift changes.

Job description

YOUR ROLE

This position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations. Monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met.
• To be able to be contactable& assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift- during offday.
• Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner
• To be able to escape when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement
• Assist Driver to move cages and Pallets to nearest loading area and ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change
• To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.
• Any other related job duties as assigned by Superior

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Essential

• GCE ‘O’ Levels and above or Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience
• Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience
• Experience in freight forwarding (i.e. ground & rail freight) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore
• Fluent in communication
• Team Player
