Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and politely.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
• Handle air shipment interface with stakeholders.
• Book flights with procurement team.
• Check AWB/HAWB and ensure documents are compliant.
• Update data in system and monitor KPI closures.
