Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic logistics operations involving receiving and delivering ship spares.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including airport agents and clients.
  • Maintain stock and inventory records of landed spares.
  • Prepare essential documents like Bills of Lading and job Profit & Loss sheets.
  • Apply for customs clearance permits and ensure compliance.
  • Manage electronic documents and keep SharePoint folders updated.
  • Generate simple Excel reports on job statuses.
