Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Responsible for daily task processing.
• Attend to customer queries regarding inbound and outbound matters.
• Provide customer service, coordination and admin/operation support.
• Order fulfillment and customer support in warehousing & transportation.
• Perform cycle count.
• Assist Sales during client onboarding with data gathering and documentation.
• Participate in client meetings to document supply chain requirements and challenges.
• Support Sales and senior operations in reviewing client proposals for clarity and data completeness.
• Assign deliveries to drivers in the system and coordinate dispatch.
• Monitor delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee delivery route planning and scheduling to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Provide training and support to delivery personnel.
• Assist management in achieving KPIs and business results.
