Responsibilities

Perform inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Daily task processing.
Attend to customer queries regarding inbound and outbound matters.
Provide customer service, coordination and admin/operation duties.
Order fulfilment and customer support in warehousing and transportation.
Perform cycle counts.
Support Sales team during client onboarding with data gathering and documentation.
Participate in client meetings and document supply chain requirements.
Assist in reviewing client proposals for operational clarity and data completeness.
Assign deliveries to drivers in the system and coordinate dispatch.
Monitor delivery performance and optimize routes to reduce costs.
Provide training and support to delivery personnel.
Ensure KPI objectives for accounts are met.
