Job summary

DECLARATORS PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics associate to manage inbound and outbound operations in our Singapore warehouse.

You will handle daily orders, respond to customer queries, and coordinate with the admin/operational teams to ensure smooth warehouse activities. The role requires a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays), proficiency with Microsoft Office, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and willingness to overtime.

Qualifications

• 5.5 working day with alternate Saturday
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
• Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude
• Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
• Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritise urgent tasks
• Expect overtime on a regular basis
• Individual without experience may apply as training will be provided as our cost

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Responsible for daily orders processing
• Attend to customer queries regarding inbound and outbound matters
• Provide customer service, coordination and admin / operation department
• Order fulfilment and customer support in warehousing & transportation
• Perform cycle count
• Willing to work in warehouse
