Job summary

Best Logistics Technology (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage customs clearance and daily shipment operations in Singapore. You will collaborate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and agents to ensure compliant, timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires a diploma in supply chain, 1–2 years of logistics experience, Chinese language proficiency, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
• 1–2 years of logistics or administrative experience.
• Must be able to work 5.5 days; flexible after probation.
• Chinese language ability (spoken, read and written) is a MUST.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, agents and other stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery of goods.
• Communicate daily with Chinese-speaking sender/consignee, freight forwarders and agents to arrange and confirm shipping schedules, documentation and delivery timelines.
• Work with agents to obtain necessary import permits and ensure all required documents are in place.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, commercial invoices and bills of lading.
• Track shipments and follow up to ensure timely delivery and proactively manage delays.
• Liaise with fleet and warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain records of shipments, costs and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Perform daily tasks and ad-hoc matters as assigned by supervisor.
• Customer service support: monitor KPIs, handle customer opinions and escalate complaints; coordinate between stations and customers; maintain customer relationships.
