BEST LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics clerk to manage customs clearance and customer service support in Singapore.

You will liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, prepare essential documents, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure compliant deliveries. The role requires 1–2 years in logistics or administrative work, a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
1–2 years of logistics or administrative experience.
Must be able to work 5.5 days and flexible after probation.
Strong sense of service and teamwork; able to work under pressure.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in Chinese with stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office applications; willingness to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customs clearance with internal teams, freight forwarders, and agents to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.
Communicate daily with Chinese-speaking sender/consignee and partners to schedule shipments and confirm documentation.
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays; liaise with fleet and warehouse teams.
Maintain accurate shipment records for audit and reporting; handle billing and payments as needed.
