Job summary

LF Logistics Services Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics administrative professional in Singapore to handle import/export customs permits and related duties. You will liaise with customs officers, update customers on shipment status, and coordinate payments and clearances with internal teams.

The role requires a diploma in business/admin or logistics, at least 1 year in logistics, and strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business studies/Administration management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferred.
• Strong admin and communication skills; ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Process import/export customs permits for warehouse goods.
• Process duty payment permits for local domestic sales.
• Liaise with customs officers for shipment arrivals/departures.
• Ensure accuracy of information in customs permits.
• Update customers on shipment status.
• Coordinate cheque requisition to carriers with Finance.
• Arrange for prompt customs clearance with third party providers.
• Liaise with internal customers for goods receipt and release.
