Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Operations Professional in Singapore to drive lean improvements and support operational objectives. You will work with the Operations Manager and OpEx teams to deliver customer-focused solutions while supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities include data analysis, KPI tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement innovative warehouse solutions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business with relevant specialization.
• Lean principles knowledge and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong data crunching and analysis; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leverage lean principles to increase operational performance and optimise warehouse/VAS resources.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in warehouse/VAS from gap analysis to solution design and implementation.
• Monitor and analyse performance data such as KPI, productivity, and billing reports.
• Collaborate with Key Account Manager on business development and customer satisfaction.
• Work with Innovation, Automation, and WMS teams to implement new technology or fine-tune solutions.
• Share best practices and participate in OpEx trainings and workshops.
• Support OpEx core team in events and group collateral.
• Assist in set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and safety.
