Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a results-driven Operations Excellence professional to lead Lean projects across our sites and drive productivity, cost, and quality improvements. You will mentor teams in Lean, Kaizen, and problem solving, deliver data-driven insights with Power BI and Excel, and support WMS training and documentation.

With a background in Supply Chain or Engineering and 5+ years of experience, you will steer cross-functional efforts, coach on Lean methodologies, and ensure robust

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Lean knowledge and MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Visio).
• Proficiency in data analysis with Excel and Power BI.
• ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead improvement projects focusing on productivity, cost, and quality.
• Deliver timely, well-documented project plans and updates.
• Collaborate with operations to develop improvement opportunities and action plans.
• Promote continuous improvement (Kaizen) cultures across site operations.
• Provide Lean reporting and SME guidance on Lean metrics and tools.
• Support WMS system training, UAT, and documentation creation.
