Job summary

CEVA Logistics Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting a Supply Chain Graduate Trainee for a 12-month program starting Aug 2025. You will be assigned to a Business Unit and work on high-level projects, presenting achievements to management regularly.

The role involves data analysis, KPI development, and collaboration with Operations to create SOPs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field and have 0–2 years in international logistics with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
0–2 years in international logistics/manufacturing in analytical role.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Lean Methodology advantageous for Contract Logistics trainees.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate to employees across functions.

Responsibilities

Analyze data from various sources, provide recommendations, and distribute reports to management.
Assist in development and measurement of KPI’s and operational improvements.
Be a full member of a project team to achieve milestones and deliverables.
Present progress to Steering Committee and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Operations to create SOPs and WIs.
Apply Lean Methodology to identify waste and minimize it.
Utilize Power BI to support reporting and decision-making.
