Qualifications

• 5 years of project planning and execution experience; Kaizen certification and Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Experience in change management, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Proven track record of productivity, cost, quality, and service improvements.
• Analytical skills with data, cost-benefit analysis, and productivity metrics.
• Training experience with large teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and intercultural understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional CI initiatives across logistics and warehousing operations.
• Standardize logistics material flow and best practices across hubs.
• Coach and train local teams on CI tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement visual management boards and dashboards.
• Act as regional liaison for global logistics forums.
• Support UAT and system upgrades as needed.
