Job summary

Satair Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Improvement Manager to drive regional continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing operations. You will leverage Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven insights to optimize material flow, reduce waste and improve safety and compliance.

You will lead WMS/digital tool rollouts, develop real-time dashboards, and coordinate global alignment with local execution, delivering measurable productivity gains and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related fields.
• Experience with CI initiatives, Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen.
• Strong analytical, training and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CI initiatives across logistics and warehousing using Lean, Six Sigma or Agile.
• Analyze material flow and optimize layout to reduce bottlenecks and costs across sites.
• Develop and govern standardized logistics best practices across hubs.
• Coach teams on CI tools and change management to foster continuous improvement.
• Explore standardized, sustainable packaging to reduce waste and protect sensitive components.
• Facilitate Kaizen/Lean events with frontline staff to eliminate waste.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping to design efficient future-state warehouses.
• Serve as AOS focal point for Logistics Operations in Singapore, Dubai and China.
