• Offer competitive quotes to exhibitors, agents, and clients.
• Coordinating the pickup, transportation, and delivery of freight and cargo for our exhibitors/agents/clients
• Liaising with transportation providers, customs authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to streamline logistics processes
• Tracking shipments and providing timely updates to exhibitors/agents/clients on the status of their deliveries
• Identifying opportunities for improving logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all freight and cargo movements
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
