Job summary

Revamp Hair (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous Logistics Administrator to support expanding operations across retail, e-commerce, and trade channels. You will coordinate transport, prepare shipping docs, track shipments, and maintain records to ensure smooth deliveries.

The role also covers inventory management, warehouse organization, and order fulfilment processes, with collaboration across teams and vendors to meet schedules in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
• Good communication and cross-team coordination.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and delivery arrangements across channels.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain logistics records and update internal systems.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory; organize warehouse storage.
• Perform regular cycle counts and support stock-taking activities.
• Process customer orders through picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor order status and improve fulfilment performance.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
