Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations for beauty retail stores.
• Manage receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing, loading, and unloading of products.
• Coordinate stock transfers and deliveries between warehouse and outlets.
• Travel to different outlets across Singapore to support stock movement.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and transport of products.
• Coordinate with outlet teams and internal departments on stock needs.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve stock or logistics issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics processes.
• Support other operational duties as required.

About the Role

• Travel to different outlets across Singapore when required to support stock movement and operational needs.

Requirements

• Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities as part of the role.
• Comfortable travelling between our retail outlets across Singapore.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
