Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Support Associate to assist the Logistics and Export Compliance Specialist with Goods-In/Goods-Out, data entry in CSAM, and coordinating collections and deliveries.

You will work with approved freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to track shipments, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with export/import requirements.

Formación

• Ability to manage data entry accurately under deadlines.
• Familiarity with export/import documentation and compliance.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Goods-In and Goods-Out processes for shipments.
• Perform data entry into CSAM system.
• Arrange collections, deliveries, imports, exports, and intercompany transfers with approved providers.
• Track freight movements and provide updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Assist with resolving shipment delays, missing docs, or delivery discrepancies.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export/import documents (invoices, packing lists, declarations).
• Ensure shipments comply with export control, customs requirements, and sanctions checks.
• Maintain records for export/import transactions and support audits.
• Update freight tracker and assist Finance with inquiries.
• Generate Purchase Orders for regional teams as required.
