Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Admin Assistant to support Goods-In/Out processes, data entry into CSAM, and coordination with freight forwarders.

You will track shipments, prepare export/import documentation, and ensure compliance with customs and export controls. This role also involves office support, vendor liaison, and incident resolution within the Loyang area.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Logistics and Export Compliance Specialist related to facilitating Goods-In and Goods-Out processes for incoming and outbound shipments.
• Data entry into CSAM management system.
• Arrange collections, deliveries, imports, exports, and intercompany transfers with approved freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Track freight movements and provide updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Assist with resolving shipment delays, customs holds, missing documentation, damaged goods, or delivery discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain export/import documents including invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, certificates of origin, and temporary docs.
• Ensure shipments comply with export controls, customs requirements, sanctions screening, and internal procedures.
• Maintain records for export/import transactions with supporting evidence for audits.
• Support regional Logistics, Sales, and Technical Operations teams; update freight tracker and assist Finance with queries.
• Generate Purchase Orders for regional teams; assist in planning, coordinating client events and business engagements.
• Provide general office support, liaising with facility vendors and maintaining office supplies and systems.
• Greet visitors and manage calls professionally; adhere to policies and deadlines.
