PSA International in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to manage timely daily shipment order execution and coordination. The role covers booking freight with carriers, document preparation, and liaison with warehousing and transport partners.

You will process orders, prepare permits and shipping documents, monitor compliance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Diploma or degree in logistics preferred; 3–5 years sea operations experience helpful; SAP and MS Office familiarity

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in logistics is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in managing sea operations.
• Familiarity with SAP, logistics software, and MS Office is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process shipment orders triggered by customers.
• Book freight with nominated carriers based on customer’s guide.
• Provide quotation for warehousing, transportation and documentation services.
• Liaise with truckers to collect and haul containers to customer premises for stuffing and to port thereafter.
• Prepare permits and other relevant applications/declarations.
• Prepare letters of credit and final shipping documents.
• Monitor shipping documents for clearance and regulatory compliance.
