Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics support assistant to assist a Logistics and Export Compliance Specialist. You will handle Goods-In/Goods-Out, data entry in CSAM, and coordinate collections, imports, exports, and intercompany transfers with approved providers.

You will track freight movements, resolve delays, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with export controls and customs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Goods-In and Goods-Out processes for shipments.
• Familiarity with CSAM or similar management system.
• Ability to arrange collections, deliveries, imports, exports, and intercompany transfers.
• Experience preparing export/import documentation (invoices, packing lists, declarations).
• Understanding of export control regulations and customs requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance reviews.
• Support regional teams and coordinate client events as required.
• Provide general office support with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Goods-In and Goods-Out processes for shipments.
• Enter data into CSAM management system accurately.
• Arrange collections, deliveries, imports, exports, and intercompany transfers with approved providers.
• Track freight movements and update internal stakeholders and customers.
• Resolve shipment delays, customs holds, or delivery discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain export/import documentation and certificates.
• Ensure compliance with export controls and customs requirements.
• Maintain records and support audits and compliance reviews.
• Liaise with facility vendors and manage office supplies and records.
