Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in customs, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, import/export operations, or customer service; entry level with internship okay.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to commence work on short notice or immediately.
• Comfortable in a start-up environment and supporting Singapore office growth.

• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely support on import/export shipment matters.
• Coordinate and monitor orders to ensure smooth and accurate shipment execution.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with logistics providers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate shipment clearance and delivery.
• Track shipment status, update records, and ensure accurate documentation within the system.
• Support customs compliance, administrative functions, and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
