Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Executive (Tuas) to oversee end-to-end marine logistics for import/export shipments. You will handle DG documentation, liaise with freight forwarders and port authorities, and monitor schedules to provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.

You will prepare shipping instructions, invoices, and documents, verify Bills of Lading and cargo manifests, and maintain audit-ready records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end marine logistics operations for import/export shipments.
• Handle documentation and permit applications for cargo, including Dangerous Goods (DG).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping instructions, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
• Verify and process Bills of Lading, delivery orders, and cargo manifests.
• Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Manage inventory and track cargo movement across various locations.
• Support incident reporting and investigation for logistics-related issues.
• Work closely with warehouse and transport providers to ensure smooth cargo flow.
• Assist in continuous improvement of logistics processes and cost control.
