REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Executive / Senior Logistics Executive to oversee daily logistics operations from order placement to delivery in Central Singapore.

You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PL providers to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation. The role requires 3 years of logistics experience, a relevant diploma, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and shipment schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, supply chain, or related function.
• Good understanding of end-to-end logistics flow from order placement to receipt and delivery.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, warehouses, 3PL providers, and suppliers.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documents like Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading.
• Experience managing multiple orders and shipments simultaneously.
• Experience using Excel to manage inventory, purchase orders, inbound shipments, or logistics records.
• Experience independently managing import/export or logistics operations is advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG, food, trading, distribution, or related industry.
• Experience handling a high volume of daily or monthly shipments.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily logistics operations from order placement to inbound shipment and final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PL providers on shipment and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor and follow up on multiple orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare, check, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Manage and update order, shipment, inventory, and inbound delivery records using Excel and internal systems.
• Track shipment schedules and follow up on delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding order status, shipment schedules, and delivery updates.
• Prioritize multiple ongoing shipments and ensure all actions are completed accurately and on time.
• Investigate logistics-related issues and coordinate with relevant parties until resolved.
• Support other logistics and import/export-related activities as required.

Requirement & Preferences

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, supply chain, or a related function
