Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore's East region is seeking an experienced logistics professional to oversee departmental operations, ensure timely order fulfilment, inventory integrity and strict documentation. You will manage staff, develop KPIs, coordinate with customers, and handle day-to-day operations, safety and quality issues while driving continuous improvement.

Candidates should have 3 years in a 3PL environment and strong WMS skills; excellent communication is essential for

• Minimum 3 years in a 3PL environment.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse operations and order processing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Translate business requirements into order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and inventory integrity.
• Train staff and develop discipline and quality outputs.
• Prepare management KPIs for timely reporting and review.
• Meet with customers to align on expectations and issues.
• Manage day-to-day operational, safety and quality concerns.
• Assign tasks, schedule staff, and oversee warehouse administration.

• Responsible for overseeing the department's operations
• Business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentations
• Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff
• Preparation of management KPIs for timely reporting and management review
• Meetings with customers
• Handle day to day operational, safety and quality issues
• Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
• Overall management of the logistics administration and documentation
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior

Requirements:

• 3 years relevant experience in a 3PL environment
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system, warehouse operations and order processing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; Able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
