Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations in Singapore. You will lead teams, ensure policy compliance, and drive improvements using digital tools.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse ops with Class 4 and forklift licences, and you may work rotating shifts. Salary offered is SGD 3,000 plus allowances and bonus, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations and lead operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, data protection, and reporting requirements.
• Plan and implement continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate incident/crisis management.
• Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance and safety risk assessments.
• Improve operational efficiency through technology adoption and digital tools.
• Coordinate logistics service delivery and resolve customer service issues.
• Manage warehouse planning, storage utilization, inventory control, and cargo handling operations.
• Oversee dangerous goods and temperature-sensitive cargo handling.
• Coordinate cargo consolidation, transshipment, and stocktaking activities.
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Our Client, provides end-to-end logistics solutions for the Defence, Government, Healthcare, Aviation, and Public sectors, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position Logistics Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations and lead operational teams.
