Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES in Singapore is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export shipments from Jurong. The role requires 1–3 years shipping experience and a diploma in logistics.

You will coordinate freight, liaise with suppliers and forwarders, and ensure accurate shipping documentation. This is an on-site position with 5-day work weeks and a salary of SGD 3,000 per month.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP knowledge is a plus; Singaporean applicants only.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or related field required.
• 1–3 years shipping/logistics experience.
• Familiar with import/export procedures and documents.
• Able to liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Obtain freight quotations, monitor deliveries and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Verify logistics invoices and process PRs and POs.
• Maintain shipment records and handle other logistics duties as required.

• Verify logistics invoices and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Maintain shipment records and handle other logistics duties as required.

Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics or freight coordination
• Familiar with import/export procedures and shipping documentation
• Experience liaising with freight forwarders, transporters and suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is an advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple shipments independently
