Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics
• 2 years experience in Air Freight Operation/freight forwarding

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export, air and sea freight shipments, local transportation, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues or operational exceptions promptly.
• Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Prepare and verify shipping, customs, and logistics documentation.
• Support customer enquiries, shipment updates, and operational coordination.
• Verify freight charges, supplier invoices, and shipment costing.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and customs regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvements.

Our client, is an established international freight forwarding and integrated logistics company providing air freight, sea freight, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Shipping & Logistics Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate import, export, air and sea freight shipments, local transportation, and delivery schedules.

• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Working Days/Hours : Monday- Friday, 9AM-6PM
