Singapore Post Limited is seeking an Operational Excellence & Resource Planning leader to optimize warehouse and fulfilment performance. You will lead daily operations, plan labour, equipment, and capacity, and drive end-to-end inventory management to support high-volume e-commerce fulfilment.

Daily Leadership: Lead and direct operational staff in daily warehouse and fulfilment activities to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflows.
Resource Optimization: Strategically plan labour load, material handling equipment (MHE), storage capacity, and daily tasks to ensure optimal resource availability against fluctuating customer volumes.
Inventory & Throughput Management: Oversee end-to-end inventory management, executing robust accuracy, productivity, and loss-prevention programs.
Capacity & Scaling: Regularly review operational throughput and warehouse utilization metrics to continuously improve facilities, layouts, and manpower strategies to support future business growth.
P&L Management: Partner closely with the Assistant Vice President (AVP) on P&L management, maintaining a sharp focus on operational cost control and limiting waste.
Pricing Simulations: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams to conduct operational pricing simulations, providing realistic costing profiles and resource modelling for prospective client bids.
Budgeting & Billing: Own the preparation of the annual operating budget and ensure accurate, timely monthly billing submissions for all contract logistics accounts.
Kaizen Culture: Drive work improvement initiatives across the facility by championing LEAN methodologies, 5S frameworks, and Kaizen programs to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
Digital Innovation: Lead digital transformation efforts within the warehouse, leveraging data dashboards, tracking metrics, and automation to improve performance visibility and operational accuracy.
Risk Assessment Leadership: Act as the designated RA Leader, reporting directly to the Risk Management (RM) Leader to implement, monitor, and audit comprehensive safety, security, housekeeping, and sanitation programs.
Documentation Control: Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and On-the-Job Training (OJT) logs are continuously updated, compliant with corporate standards, and aligned with external regulatory bodies.
Team Development: Build, motivate, and coach a high-performing operational team, defining KPIs and driving accountability to meet overall business objectives.
Matrix Collaboration: Navigate a complex matrix environment, managing diverse internal and external stakeholders (clients, regional leaders, commercial teams, and vendor partners).
Diploma in Business or Logistics Management or relevant disciplines
5 years of managerial experience, with 3 years specifically within a Contract Logistics (3PL) environment.
Proven track record managing end-to-end supply chain operations in both B2B and B2C / E-commerce fulfilment environments.
Strong financial acumen with prior exposure to P&L tracking, operational budgeting, and cost control metrics
WSH Certifications: Possessing a Bizsafe Level 2 certification and being Work-at-Height Manager (WAHM) certified is advantageous.
Prior experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager or possessing certified GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) training records is highly preferred.
Deep, hands-on understanding of Kaizen principles, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement implementations.
Familiar with modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to drive digital dashboard automation.
