Job summary

SINEUROPE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to prepare shipments, ensure packaging meets requirements, and verify all documents before dispatch.

You will oversee shipping timelines, monitor cargo movements, and keep stakeholders informed of delivery progress and changes throughout the shipment lifecycle, from pickup to final delivery. Mandarin/Chinese skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and internal departments to prepare shipments and verify documents.
• Oversee shipping timelines and monitor cargo movements.
• Manage shipment lifecycle from pickup and booking through export/import clearance to final delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance logistics processes and documentation efficiency.
• Produce inventory reports and maintain inventory documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job description

Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and internal departments to ensure shipments are fully prepared, packaging meets requirements, and all documents are correct prior to dispatch.

Oversee shipping timelines, monitor cargo movements, and keep relevant parties informed of delivery progress and changes.

Manage the entire shipment lifecycle, from pickup and booking through export/import clearance and final delivery.

Identify opportunities to enhance logistics processes and documentation efficiency based on shipment data and operational experience.

Inventory data management and documentation.

Produce inventory report for management’s review.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.

Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and relevant skills.

Meticulous, independent, and possess a positive working attitude.

Good communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin/Chinese-speaking shipping agents on shipping matters).

Work location: Tuas. Company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT.
