Job summary

TalentVis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist in the East area of Singapore to coordinate shipments with customers, oversee operations per SOPs, and maintain timely updates on status.

The role involves preparing shipping documents, communicating with internal teams, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks. Diploma holders are welcome; no prior experience required, with learning opportunities and a clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant field preferred.
• Keen in Logistics & Supply Chain industry but no experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to manage shipment schedules and ensure timely updates.
• Arrange and oversee logistics operations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure smooth coordination throughout the shipment process.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, while providing regular shipment status updates to the relevant internal departments.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
