Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive (6 months maternity cover) in Singapore to manage non-standard shipments, liaise with sales, operations and customers, and ensure accurate documentation from booking to service delivery.

You will handle DG, OOG, breakbulk, reefer cargo, and support continuous customer experience improvements, while meeting strict regulatory and service levels in a dynamic shipping environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holders with strong knowledge in shipping industry and minimum 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, carrier customer service, or ground handling operations.
• Strong customer-facing skills with ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office with strong analytical & reporting aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Exception handling, problem resolution and continuous improvement.
• Meet all call and email turnaround times to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Expedite handling of all customer interactions and coordinate with shared services to resolve needs.
• Coordinate with sales, documentation and operations to support non-standard shipments (DG, OOG, Breakbulk).
• Promote CSAT surveys and feedback to improve service levels.
