Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a meticulous Sales Administration & Logistics Coordinator with hands-on shipping and freight forwarding experience. You will handle orders, documentation, payments, and shipments, coordinating with customers, factories, and forwarders to meet schedules.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping/logistics administration, EXW knowledge, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. This is a temporary 6-month contract with on-site duties in Loyang.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics administration.
• Direct shipping/freight forwarding administrative experience is required.
• Familiarity with shipping terms, particularly EX WORKS (EXW).
• Familiarity with shipping and export documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), COO, declarators, and other relevant documents.
• Working knowledge of L/C (Letter of Credit) preparation and negotiation.
• Experience with Marine Insurance applications is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily orders from processing through to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate truck readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instructions to factories and freight forwarders.
• Work closely with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to ensure shipments are arranged and delivered according to schedule.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, shipment updates, and freight quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate and verify deposit payments prior to cargo shipment.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sea shipment forecasts to support smooth supply chain planning.
• Compile accurate monthly operational reports for management review.
• Ensure all documentation is properly organised, updated, and readily accessible.
