EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a 6-month maternity cover contract at Gul Circle, Singapore.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, liaise with customers, freight forwarders and transport providers to ensure timely shipment arrangements. Responsibilities include arranging shipments, monitoring status, resolving delivery issues, maintaining records, and performing ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Logistics Management is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or shipments are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, transport providers and other parties to coordinate delivery requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate shipments, including transportation and logistics arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up to ensure deliveries meet schedule.
• Handle delivery or shipment issues and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
