Job summary

UNION SERVICES (S'PORE) PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional for a maternity cover position in Singapore. The role involves documenting outbound shipments, preparing transportation plans, and updating the in-house system across PSA, warehouse, and business hub operations.

You will add and revise shipping schedules, monitor GTC processes, and ensure B/L data is accurately reflected in the system.

Qualifications

Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or transportation operations.
Basic knowledge of shipping documentation, import/export procedures and logistics operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with ERP, WMS or other logistics systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

To perform documentation & system updating activities related to outbound shipment from PSA, warehouse and business hub.
To prepare transportation plan and submit required shipping documents.
To add shipping schedule to Off Take Plan by referring latest shipping schedule.
To revise Transportation Plan as per client’s request.
To monitor GTC processes in the in-house system.
To ensure B/L data are updated in the in-house system smoothly and timely.
To create Export Instruction (job no.) to arrange container haulage.
To prepare outbound instruction through in-house system and upload it to warehouse management system.
To undertake any other duties directed by immediate superior.
