• Outbound calling experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to learn new systems and applications
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or operations is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to partners to promote initiative
• Engage and encourage participation
• Maintain accurate records of calls, participation, and operational activities
• Manage sticker inventory and keep stock records up to date
• Support sticker installation on vehicles when needed, including covering for the installation team
• Perform basic data entry and system updates
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs
